Your new role
As an IT Support Analyst, you’ll be responsible for providing technical support across the organisation, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and resolving user issues efficiently. You’ll work within a Windows-based environment, supporting systems and users across various levels, and contributing to the stability and reliability of the IT infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to and resolving support tickets in a timely manner
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Supporting and maintaining Active Directory and Entra ID environments
- Assisting with basic networking tasks including DHCP and DNS
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent IT service delivery
- Documenting support processes and contributing to IT improvement initiatives
What you’ll need to succeed
Experience & Skills:
- Previous experience in an IT support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and user support
- Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID
- Basic networking knowledge including DHCP and DNS
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues
Technology Experience:
- Windows OS and desktop support
- Active Directory / Entra ID
- Basic networking (DHCP, DNS)
- Ticketing systems and remote support tools
