Your new role

As an IT Support Analyst, you’ll be responsible for providing technical support across the organisation, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and resolving user issues efficiently. You’ll work within a Windows-based environment, supporting systems and users across various levels, and contributing to the stability and reliability of the IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to and resolving support tickets in a timely manner
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Supporting and maintaining Active Directory and Entra ID environments
  • Assisting with basic networking tasks including DHCP and DNS
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent IT service delivery
  • Documenting support processes and contributing to IT improvement initiatives

What you’ll need to succeed

Experience & Skills:

  • Previous experience in an IT support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and user support
  • Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID
  • Basic networking knowledge including DHCP and DNS
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues

Technology Experience:

  • Windows OS and desktop support
  • Active Directory / Entra ID
  • Basic networking (DHCP, DNS)
  • Ticketing systems and remote support tools
