Legal Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts, vendor agreements, partnership agreements, NDAs, service agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice to management and business teams on day-to-day operations and new business initiatives.
• Support contract negotiations with business partners and external vendors.
• Manage regulatory filings, reporting, licence renewals, and communications with KPKT and other relevant authorities.
• Ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Support licensing, certifications, audits, and regulatory compliance projects.
• Review and update company policies, legal documentation, and compliance procedures.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting the fintech and lending industry.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel on legal matters, disputes, and litigation when required.
• Identify and manage legal and regulatory risks while providing practical business solutions.
• Conduct legal and compliance awareness training for internal teams.
