Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential corporate clients across industries.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, company websites, online directories, referrals, and other channels.
  • Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team with decision-makers such as HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
  • Maintain accurate lead data and update CRM regularly.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture leads and maximize conversions.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams on campaigns and lead generation activities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation reports.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
  • Good internet research and prospecting abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve lead generation targets.
  • Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
