Job Description
Website & Content Updates: Making updates to client websites across Shopify and Squarespace. This includes product updates, page edits, banner swaps, blog uploads, and general content maintenance. You don’t need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable navigating a CMS and making clean, accurate edits.
Must-haves
- Brisbane-based (we work best local)
- Some hands-on experience or coursework with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads, even if it’s personal projects, internships, or university work
- Comfortable with social media platforms and an understanding of what makes organic content perform
- Strong written communication. You can write a caption, an ad headline, or a client email that sounds human and hits the mark
- Willingness to learn and take feedback. You’ll be supported but expected to take initiative
- Comfortable working in a CMS (Shopify, Squarespace, or WordPress)
- Organised and detail-oriented. You’ll be across multiple clients and nothing should slip through
- Okay with dogs in the office (non-negotiable)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business (not just personal)
- Familiarity with scheduling tools like Later, Plannable, or Meta Business Suite
- Exposure to Google Analytics (GA4) or Google Tag Manager
- Basic understanding of Canva or design tools for resizing and adapting social assets
- Interest in eCommerce, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications (or currently working toward them)
- Any experience with Klaviyo, email marketing, or CRM platforms
