Job Description

Reporting & data analysis

  • Maintain and enhance core Power BI infrastructure, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards and automated reporting flows.
  • Own and manage ANZ Monthly Reports and weekly team Stats dashboards, ensuring accuracy and ongoing improvement.
  • Oversee and enhance Microsoft Product Category Statistics and Sales Power BI reports, ensuring accurate tracking of ANZ internal KPIs related to sales, coverage, and engagement performance.
  • Analyse Mystery Shopping and other quality programs, translating findings into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Deliver ad hoc data investigations, QBR reporting and presentations, special event/campaign reports, and ANZ newsletter performance stats.

Data gatekeeping & management

  • Act as the gatekeeper for key operational datasets, including team stats, assisted sales data, customer engagement data, and training data.
  • Maintain ANZ Master List as a single source of truth ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Oversee inbound external data sources to ensure accurate mapping and documentation for proper reporting and segmentation.
  • Perform regular backups of data sources, mapping tables, and reporting templates to safeguard continuity and compliance.

CRM tool administration

  • Serve as a key administrator for reporting and data‑collection CRM tools, providing day‑to‑day support and Q&A to internal users.
  • Manage configuration control, including templates, workflows, escalations, triggers, and custom/scheduled reports.
  • Coordinate and communicate system updates and feature releases, performing impact analysis and supporting beta testing and error triage.

Insights delivery & stakeholder engagement

  • Present key results, trends, and insights in regular WIP meetings, telling a clear story that links activities to outcomes.
  • Participate in regular regional meetings to share best practices and align on reporting requirements. 
  • Contribute to quarterly C2S/KPI strategy sessions, leveraging data to refine targets, priorities, and performance frameworks.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2–3 years in Data Analysis, BI, or Business Analyst roles, preferably supporting multi‑stakeholder environments.
  • Exposure to business reporting processes and documentation (requirements, specifications, and reporting packs).
  • Marketing analytics and consumer electronics/retail domain knowledge is highly desirable.
  • Clear communicator able to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong documentation, organisation, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple dashboards, reports, and priorities
  • Results-driven, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
  • Proactive problem-solver focused on improving data quality, tools, and processes
