Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end Domestic IT Recruitment and C2H hiring.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and references.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
• Handle offer negotiation and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve hiring targets.

Required Skills:

• 1–5 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in C2H Recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing and candidate follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of IT technologies and recruitment portals.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
