Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and well-rounded IT Help Desk Support Officer to join our team in Devonport.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Demonstrated Level 2 IT support skills with a minimum of 2 years’ experience on a help desk or working in a similar IT role.
- An IT related certificate or diploma is desirable; however equivalent hands on experience is highly valued.
- Experience in IT onboarding\offboarding and asset management activities
- Experience supporting various cloud based / mobility business applications (Intune MS365, SharePoint, OneDrive Hammertech, etc.).
- Outstanding customer service combined with strong communication skills.
- The ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines and client expectations.
- The ability to install, maintain and fault find an array of computer hardware, software, operating and network systems within Microsoft Windows desktop and server environments.
- Experience with supporting mobile devices – smart phones and tablets (Apple & Android).
- A positive and collaborative attitude.
