IT hardware support technician (Level 1)

Job Description

The Position

• We are actively seeking driven and passionate individuals to join our Technology support team, with immediate openings available with our Brisbane office.
• This role primarily focuses on providing first-level support for our diverse range of clients via phone & interactive tools.
• The role will require some onsite work directly with customers and some scheduled after-hours work.
• For the right candidate, this role will provide you with a springboard to further enhance your technology career.

To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills, demonstrating an ability to interact effectively with people (both written and verbal)
• Basic knowledge and troubleshooting skills within Print, Microsoft and Mac environments.
• A proven track record of reliability and dependability.
• A strong willingness and enthusiasm to acquire new knowledge and skills.
• A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Below skills or experience will be added advantage:

• Proven passion for technology
• Basic or any knowledge within print environment.
