Job Description

This person should have excellent communication skills, and be capable of dealing with senior level executives.About you

  • Excellent communication, with experience dealing with senior stakeholders.
  • Hands on experience with Microsoft technologies – M365, Exchange, Teams, Active Directory.
  • Experience supporting AV equipment, including setting up conference rooms.
  • Experience supporting hardware issues with laptops, phones, printer issues.
  • Experience offering support both remotely and in person.
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Relevant qualifications in IT or related field.

About the role

  • Providing Level 1/2 deskside support to users.
  • Troubleshoot issues with desktops, notebooks, mobile devices.
  • Record, update, and track helpdesk incidents and requests.
  • Show excellent customer service skills while dealing with all levels of stakeholders throughout the business.
