The role sits within the software team and reports to the senior technology lead.
What you’ll need to succeed
- A degree in information technology, relevant certifications, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
- A minimum of two years working with Microsoft Power Platform.
- A minimum of two years developing within Salesforce.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical users and external partners.
- Experience coordinating or contributing to complex planning activities involving multiple groups.
- At least five years in a comparable technical role.
- Practical experience using APIs to connect disparate systems.
- A demonstrated commitment to delivering high‑quality customer service in an IT environment.
