Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you’ll provide Level 2–3 technical support and play a key role in maintaining the performance and reliability of our systems. You’ll work closely with our Infrastructure Engineer and Cyber Security Manager, while mentoring Level 1–2 support officers to help them grow.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same – from troubleshooting hardware and software issues to contributing to infrastructure projects and driving continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver Level 2–3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Handle escalations and liaise with vendors for complex problems.
  • Maintain servers, networks, and cloud environments.
  • Deploy and manage enterprise applications and corporate devices.
  • Apply security policies and assist with firewalls, VPNs, and compliance.
  • Contribute to infrastructure projects and system upgrades.
  • Mentor junior technicians and share your knowledge.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of IT support and systems.
  • Experience with Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Networking.
  • Bonus points for experience with SharePoint, Firewalls, and POS systems.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to explain tech to non-tech users.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work flexible working hours including weekends.
