Influencer Marketing Manager

Job Description

The Role
This is not a coordination role – this is a deal-making role. The Influencer Marketing Manager is responsible for identifying, building, and executing partnerships with the top family and parenting creators across Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Europe. Reporting to the Chief Digital Marketing Officer, you’ll go beyond sending emails to influencers and instead build meaningful, long-term partnerships that move the brand and turn creator relationships into real growth for Vuly.

Core Accountabilities

• Partnership Development – Identify and build relationships with top family and parenting influencers across every region Vuly sells in.
• Deal-Making – Negotiate and execute brand deals, collaborations, and long-term partnerships with creators.
• Content Collaboration – Manage content collaborations from concept through to posting, working closely with the Digital Marketing team to amplify campaigns.
• Sourcing & Strategy – Source high-quality collaboration opportunities aligned with our customer base of mothers, and build a repeatable system for influencer growth rather than one-off deals.
• Performance & ROI – Track performance and continuously improve return on investment from partnerships.

Key Experience
Essential

• Strong experience in influencer marketing or partnerships.
• Proven track record working with creators at scale.
• Deep understanding of the North American, Oceania, and European creator landscape.
• Experience working with mother/family-focused audiences.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset with a clear focus on ROI.
• High ownership and ability to operate independently.

Desirable

• Experience with perpetual rights negotiations.
• Proactive communication and reporting skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
