Job Description

The Role:

The Help Desk Support Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for help desk staff to enhance their technical skills and customer service capabilities. This role involves working closely with the IT support team to identify training needs and create effective training materials.

  • Design and implement training programs for help desk staff
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements
  • Collaborate with IT team to identify skill gaps
  • Maintain training documentation and resources

Team Structure: You will be part of a dynamic IT support team, working alongside help desk technicians and IT managers.
Ideal Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills to effectively train and motivate help desk staff.

  • Excellent communication skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Education, or a related field is preferred.
