 This role is pivotal in the organization’s current phase of growth, simplification, and digital innovation, with a strong focus on building a high-performing culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with the Executive Leadership Team, driving organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and workforce planning, and playing a key role in influencing culture and business performance. The Head of HR will also lead a team of senior HR professionals and must have a proven track record in leading HR functions within large, complex organizations, as well as experience in organizational transformation and cultural change initiatives. Applicants for the Head of HR position at the company should possess strong executive stakeholder management skills, be resilient, and have a commercially minded approach that combines empathy with accountability. While financial services experience is advantageous, candidates from other large, complex, and highly regulated organizations are also encouraged to apply. The role requires a leader who can influence and challenge senior leaders, and who is adept at shaping and delivering people strategies. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner in the business, with the ability to drive change and ensure that the HR function is aligned with the overall goals of the organization.
