Hardware Engineer

to join our Product Development department.

You will design and develop reliable, cost-effective electronics solutions that meet system, safety, manufacturability, and customer requirements throughout the full product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Define electronics functionality, requirements, and concepts based on system and customer needs
• Ensure compliance with standards, safety, reliability, and cost targets
• Perform risk, reliability, and redundancy analyses (FMEA, FTA)
• Design schematics, PCB layouts, wiring, and connections for mass production
• Select components and conduct simulations, testing, and validation activities
• Support manufacturability, testing, and production documentation (DFM/DFT)
• Maintain electronics documentation, test specifications, and technical reports
• Drive product improvements based on testing, customer feedback, and industry trends
• Define end-of-line production test requirements for modules and systems
• Occasionally support customer-facing technical discussions to clarify requirements
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Embedded Systems.
• 2+ years’ experience in electronics design for series production products.
• Hands-on experience with industrialization, DFM/DFT, and production testing.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong skills in schematic design, PCB layout, simulation, prototyping, and testing.
