Growth Associate/Growth Hacker

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and execute creative growth experiments to acquire new users.
2. Build and grow distribution across platforms such as Reddit, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, Facebook groups, Telegram, and other communities.
3. Create faceless and talking-head content, including screen recordings, product demos, voiceovers, educational content, and trend-based content.
4. Identify relevant online communities and build genuine relationships with their members.
5. Find and collaborate with career creators, influencers, student communities, and career-focused organizations.
6. Build and experiment with referral and viral growth loops.
7. Analyse acquisition funnels and identify which channels produce high-quality users.
8. Run multiple growth experiments every week and document the results.
9. Work closely with the founder to rapidly test and implement new growth ideas
