Responsibilities

• Expert Identification & Recruitment: Source, screen, and engage with senior industry professionals and subject-matter experts across various sectors.
• Client Engagement: Understand client project needs and deliver relevant experts within tight deadlines
• Market Research: Conduct desk research to map target industries, identify thought leaders, and analyze market landscapes.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain a strong expert network, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.
• Operational Excellence: Coordinate scheduling, track project progress, and ensure compliance with internal and client-specific protocols.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with international teams to ensure seamless project delivery across time zones.

What You will Bring

• A Bachelors or masters degree in HR, business, Economics, Management, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – confident speaking with senior executives.
• Analytical and research abilities with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Fluent English (C1 level)
• A self-starter mindset – proactive, resourceful, and adaptable in fast-moving situations.
