Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and other creatives to strategize, ideate, create shoot lists, and deliver assets.
- Receive design feedback from Art Director and other relevant director level team members.
- Approach projects with a strategic mindset and tap into current trends to deliver creative that is impactful and communicates clearly.
- Share regular weekly reports with status updates.
- Meet deadlines while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Specific projects and design responsibilities subject to change depending on team expertise and needs.
Qualifications
- BA or BFA degree in graphic design, advertising, or related field
- Strong understanding of graphic design elements and principles
- Must submit a portfolio or will not be considered
- Confident in the Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop. Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong management, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Extremely detail oriented
- Ability to review own work and catch errors.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work and thrive in ambiguity
- Continually raises the bar for creative excellence
