Job Description

In this role, you will

Develop graphic design projects from concept to completion.

  • Execute graphic design projects from concept through to finished assets, with guidance from senior designers when needed.
  • Work closely with marketing, product and sales teams to turn messaging and ideas into engaging visual content.
  • Design for web and digital channels (landing pages, web banners, social posts, email campaigns) as well as long-format documents such as white papers, presentations and reports.
  • Create and refine visual assets for print, digital advertising and internal communications.
  • Edit, update and adapt existing design files while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Share ideas and contribute to team discussions on design direction and creative solutions.
  • Stay aware of current design trends, tools and best practices to support efficient, high-quality outputs.
  • Present design concepts clearly and respond constructively to feedback.

Is this you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign,) and other design software.
  • Figma or Adobe XD experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
  • Web design experience and understanding of web best practices (basic HTML/CSS knowledge desirable).
  • Excellent ability to interpret, challenge and work from creative briefs.
  • Confident presenting concepts clearly and justifying design decisions.
  • Skilled at gathering, interpreting and implementing feedback from multiple stakeholders.
  • Capable of managing several projects at once and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong eye for detail, formatting and aesthetics.
  • Motion graphics, 3D design, and advertising/agency background highly regarded.

Non-technical skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional storytelling and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across a global team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication — including clear EOD updates and smooth handovers.
