Graphic Designer

Job Description

The role: 

As a Graphic Designer, you will create engaging and impactful visual content for our marketing and communication materials. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to translate the company’s brand identity and message into appealing and consistent graphics for various platforms and channels. You will also collaborate with the product and development teams to design user-friendly and attractive interfaces and features for our digital solutions.

What the job entails:

• Design and produce graphic elements such as logos, icons, illustrations, infographics, and animations for Venture Smarter’s website, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and other marketing and communication materials
• Apply and maintain the company’s visual identity and style guidelines across all graphic content, ensuring consistency and quality
• Work with the marketing and creative teams to understand the project requirements, objectives, and target audience, and provide creative input and feedback
• Work with the product and development teams to design user interfaces and user experiences for our digital solutions, ensuring functionality, usability, and accessibility
• Research and keep up to date with the latest graphic design trends, techniques, and tools, and incorporate them into the graphic content as appropriate
• Manage and organize the graphic assets and files, and ensure they are optimized for web and print

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field; or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or digital agency environment
• Portfolio of graphic design work that demonstrates creativity, originality, and versatility
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design software
• Familiar with web design principles and tools, such as HTML, CSS, WordPress, and Sketch
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality, with the ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions
