Job Description

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Handle first and second level hardware and software technical support.
• Provide IT support services across Microsoft platforms and cloud systems including Windows 11, Office 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Copilot, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Support a range of desktop models and core infrastructure.
• Make recommendations on upgrades and solutions when necessary.
• Research and investigate technical problems.
• Work as part of a diverse team delivering seamless technology services across the business.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Recent graduates or final-year students with an IT or computer science degree and strong academic results.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Strong understanding of networking and IT security fundamentals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Great communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Eligibility to live and work in Australia (Australian citizens and permanent residents only).
