Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Handle first and second level hardware and software technical support.
- Provide IT support services across Microsoft platforms and cloud systems including Windows 11, Office 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Copilot, Entra ID, and Intune.
- Support a range of desktop models and core infrastructure.
- Make recommendations on upgrades and solutions when necessary.
- Research and investigate technical problems.
- Work as part of a diverse team delivering seamless technology services across the business.
About You
The company is looking for:
- Recent graduates or final-year students with an IT or computer science degree and strong academic results.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Strong understanding of networking and IT security fundamentals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Great communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Eligibility to live and work in Australia (Australian citizens and permanent residents only).
