About The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Controlling team.

In this role, you will become the right hand to a Finance Business Partner and play a key role in supporting financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis across the business.

What You’ll Do

• act as the right hand to the Finance Business Partner, supporting key financial and business decisions in your area of responsibility;
• prepare and deliver monthly reports, including key metrics, financial results, and variance analyses;
• actively participate in month-end closing process, incl. preparation of cost accruals;
• contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, combining inputs from different departments;
• conduct regular variance analysis and reporting on the financial results;
• consolidate and analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for monthly reporting and ad-hoc analysis;
• support with financial business case modelling for strategic projects and investment initiatives.
• build clear reports and impactful visualization’s in Excel and PowerBI to enable data-driven decision across teams;
• collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to help them understand their departments performance and cost base.
  

What You Bring

• hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• have 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, controlling or a related role
• are detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate financial insights clearly
• have advanced knowledge of Excel
• have user knowledge of PowerBI and ERP systems
• have basic SQL skills and are comfortable writing and using simple SQL queries
• have a good command of both Estonian and English, both written and spoken
• have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business data and develop actionable recommendations.
