Your new role

As a Change Analyst, you will support the planning and delivery of change management activities across a portfolio of technology-enabled transformation initiatives.

Working closely with the Programme Change Manager, project teams and business stakeholders, you’ll assist with stakeholder engagement, communications, training, business readiness and adoption activities to ensure successful implementation outcomes.

This role is ideal for an emerging Change Manager or experienced Change Analyst looking to further develop their organisational change expertise within a large-scale transformation programme.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of change management strategies and plans across multiple projects.
  • Assist with stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and readiness activities.
  • Develop communications, presentations and stakeholder engagement materials.
  • Coordinate and support change workshops, focus groups and engagement sessions.
  • Assist with the development and delivery of training and adoption activities.
  • Monitor stakeholder feedback and identify emerging risks or resistance to change.
  • Support business readiness activities leading up to implementation and go-live.
  • Track change actions, deliverables and project milestones.
  • Contribute to governance reporting and change metrics.
  • Work collaboratively with project managers, business analysts, technical teams and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes

What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Experience supporting organisational change initiatives within complex environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience developing communications, training materials or engagement content.
  • Understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Experience conducting or supporting change impact assessments and readiness activities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Confidence working with diverse stakeholder groups across business and technology functions.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team
