Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Must be able to work and deliver under stiff timelines.
• Responsible for Marketing & Business Development for HR Consultancy.
• Experienced in B2B Sales / Business Development Pan India for HR Consultancy Services.
• Required to call at least 60 to 80 prospective clients on daily basis.
• Must achieve new client acquisition on monthly basis.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have 1 to 3 years of recruitment & HR Consultancy Services Business Development Experience.
• Candidates available for immediate / early joining would be preferred.
• Should have good communication & problem solving skills.
• A go getter aptitude.
• Prior experience in Business Development Role with the Placement Agency / HR Consultancy is a must.
