Job Description
Responsibilities
As an Outbound Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Researching target companies and identifying relevant decision-makers.
- Using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find prospects.
- Finding verified business email addresses using email hunting tools.
- Building accurate prospect lists based on industry, role, company size, and other criteria.
- Reaching out to prospects through email and LinkedIn.
- Generating qualified leads and booking interest for the sales team.
- Maintaining clean and updated lead data in spreadsheets or CRM tools.
- Tracking outreach activity, responses, and follow-ups.
- Working closely with the sales and marketing team to improve targeting and messaging
Requirements
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in outbound lead generation, prospecting, or sales development.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience using email finding or verification tools.
- Ability to identify the right decision-makers in companies.
- Good written communication skills in English.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and outreach.
Good to Have
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Familiarity with email outreach campaigns.
- Experience generating leads for SaaS, marketing, technology, or B2B services companies.
- Understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification.
