Job Description

Responsibilities

As an Outbound Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Researching target companies and identifying relevant decision-makers.
  • Using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find prospects.
  • Finding verified business email addresses using email hunting tools.
  • Building accurate prospect lists based on industry, role, company size, and other criteria.
  • Reaching out to prospects through email and LinkedIn.
  • Generating qualified leads and booking interest for the sales team.
  • Maintaining clean and updated lead data in spreadsheets or CRM tools.
  • Tracking outreach activity, responses, and follow-ups.
  • Working closely with the sales and marketing team to improve targeting and messaging

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in outbound lead generation, prospecting, or sales development.
  • Good understanding of LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience using email finding or verification tools.
  • Ability to identify the right decision-makers in companies.
  • Good written communication skills in English.
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets.
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales and outreach.

Good to Have

  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with email outreach campaigns.
  • Experience generating leads for SaaS, marketing, technology, or B2B services companies.
  • Understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification.
