Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Handle 10-15 daily inquiries from JustDial, UrbanPro, Google, Instagram, and Facebook.
2. Contact every new lead within one hour of receiving the inquiry.
3. Understand each student’s goals, career plans, university requirements, travel plans, or interests.
4. Explain HSK programs and recommend the appropriate course level.
5. Follow up with leads through scheduled calls and WhatsApp messages.
6. Send payment links via WhatsApp and confirm enrollments.
7. Schedule free demo classes for interested leads.
8. Maintain daily lead tracking records in Google Sheets.
9. Coordinate with teachers to schedule demo classes.
10. Achieve monthly enrollment targets
