Job Description
What you’ll do
- Provide first-level support to internal staff for basic IT and system issues (laptops, email, user accounts).
- Answer helpdesk calls, log tickets, identify issues, and assist in coordinating resolutions.
- Troubleshoot simple customer and partner enquiries for our ATM, EFTPOS, POS and cash management products.
- Assist with staging, testing, servicing and preparing hardware and equipment for deployment.
- Help with general warehouse and inventory tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in our internal systems.
- Work closely with senior technical staff and escalate more complex issues.
About you
- No prior industry experience required – full training provided.
- Technically minded, enjoys problem solving and learning new systems.
- Reliable, energetic, and able to follow direction and multi‑task.
- Works well in a small, dynamic team environment.
