Job Description

 What you’ll do

  • Provide first-level support to internal staff for basic IT and system issues (laptops, email, user accounts).
  • Answer helpdesk calls, log tickets, identify issues, and assist in coordinating resolutions.
  • Troubleshoot simple customer and partner enquiries for our ATM, EFTPOS, POS and cash management products.
  • Assist with staging, testing, servicing and preparing hardware and equipment for deployment.
  • Help with general warehouse and inventory tasks as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in our internal systems.
  • Work closely with senior technical staff and escalate more complex issues.

 About you

  • No prior industry experience required – full training provided.
  • Technically minded, enjoys problem solving and learning new systems.
  • Reliable, energetic, and able to follow direction and multi‑task.
  • Works well in a small, dynamic team environment.
