E-Commerce & Retail Operations Executive – Fresher

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers in-store and over the phone/WhatsApp.
2. Handle customer queries, returns and exchanges.
3. Upload and manage products on Shopify, Amazon, Myntra and other marketplaces.
4. Update website banners, collections and product information.
5. Assist with basic digital marketing tasks such as publishing approved content when required.
6. Support day-to-day store and business operations.

Please note: This is not a desk-only job. You’ll work across both our retail store and e-commerce business, depending on the day’s priorities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning, isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, and believes every part of building a business matters from serving a customer to updating a website.
