Job Description

Role Overview :As the Director of Product Design, you will lead and mentor a team of talented UX and UI designers, shaping the user experience for Talent Pro’s SaaS platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Your work will directly impact the usability, engagement, and overall satisfaction of our users, driving adoption and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities :– Lead and mentor a team of product designers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and user-centered design.

– Define and champion the product design vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with business goals and user needs.

– Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.

– Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and enhancements to the Talent Pro platform.

– Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.

– Establish and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across the product.

– Track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of design solutions and identify areas for improvement.

– Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and share knowledge with the team.

Required Skillset :– Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team of product designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

– Proven expertise in UX and UI design principles, with a strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies.

– Deep understanding of SaaS products and the talent management landscape.

– Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts to stakeholders.

– Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions.

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

– 7 – 10 years of experience in product design, with a focus on SaaS applications.
