• A hands-on leadership style, strong work ethic and a track record of delivering outcomes.
• Experience fostering a positive, customer-focused culture where responsibilities are clear, people are supported, and performance expectations are met.
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution, while maintaining close oversight of priorities, risks and service delivery.
