Job Description
The Role
Working closely with our Senior Graphic Designer and Marketing team, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day execution of creative marketing projects.
This is a hands-on position with a strong graphic design focus, while also supporting email marketing and digital advertising across multiple brands.
You’ll be encouraged to expand your skills in AI, digital marketing and performance advertising, with ongoing coaching and development provided.
Your Impact
- Design digital and print marketing assets across multiple brands
- Assist the Senior Graphic Designer with campaign development and creative projects
- Create EDMs and email campaigns using Klaviyo
- Refresh and develop creative assets for Meta advertising campaigns
- Assist in managing established Meta Ads under the guidance of our coaching program
- Produce engaging content using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and other creative platforms
- Explore and implement AI tools to improve creative workflows and efficiency
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
About You
- Proven experience in graphic design and marketing
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Canva
- Experience with Adobe InDesign is highly regarded
- Experience creating EDMs (Klaviyo experience advantageous)
- Understanding of Meta Ads or a strong willingness to learn
- Interest in AI tools and emerging marketing technologies
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Positive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork
