About the Role
As our Digital Marketing Assistant, you’ll help bring digital campaigns to life across multiple brands and venues, supporting everything from campaign coordination and content creation to reporting, social media and website updates.
You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of digital marketing disciplines including:

Key responsibilities may include:
Digital Campaigns
- Assist with the rollout of digital campaigns across multiple venues and brands.
- Coordinate campaign assets and ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager with campaign execution.
Social Media
- Schedule and publish social media content.
- Assist with community management and audience engagement.
- Help maintain social media calendars across multiple brands.
Content Creation
- Write engaging copy for social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Create simple graphics using Canva.
- Identify and curate case studies that showcase best practice and great work across our brands and venues.
Video Editing
- Edit video content for social media and digital channels using video editing software.
- Support and coordinate video shoots to capture high-quality content.
- Stay up to date with video content trends and contribute creative content ideas.
Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance across digital channels.
- Prepare basic reports and dashboards.
- Assist with analysing campaign results and identifying opportunities for improvement.
