Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

As a Digital Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of the organisation and supporting commercial branding initiatives. Your main duties will include:

  • Designing marketing materials for digital and print use
  • Creating and maintaining brand guidelines and visual consistency
  • Designing commercial documents such as policy handbooks, proposals, reports, brochures, and presentations in a visually engaging format
  • Designing social media creatives aligned with marketing campaigns
  • Creating marketing assets such as flyers, banners, email templates, and landing page visuals
  • Designing web interfaces and website layouts (visual design only, not web development)
  • Designing forms, surveys, and visual workflows using HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
  • Editing and enhancing photos and videos for marketing purposes
  • Collaborating with marketing and management teams to translate business objectives into visual concepts
  • Supporting social media marketing initiatives through creative visual planning

Skills

Must Have Requirements

We are looking for someone creative, commercially aware, and detail oriented.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a related field
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial design and branding work
  • Proficiency in Canva
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Strong working knowledge of Figma
  • Proven experience in commercial branding and marketing-focused design
  • Understanding of marketing principles and brand positioning
  • Experience in web visual design (UI layout design only, not coding)
  • Experience in designing professional commercial documents
  • Advanced photo editing and video editing skills
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar tools for form design, social media scheduling, and survey creation
  • Understanding of social media marketing trends and content aesthetics

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in commercial graphic design and branding within a structured organisation.
