Development Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, business directories, startup platforms, and other channels.
2. Identify businesses and startups that may need UI/UX design, UX audits, website redesign, web development, SaaS/MVP development, or ongoing website maintenance.
3. Find decision-makers such as founders, CEOs, marketing heads, and product managers.
4. Research prospect websites and understand potential UX, UI, conversion, or digital experience opportunities.
5. Conduct personalized outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone, and other appropriate channels.
6. Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain communication records.
7. Qualify interested prospects and schedule meetings with the founder.
8. Maintain and update leads, follow-ups, and sales stages in the CRM.
9. Research and develop partnerships with digital marketing, branding, SEO, and creative agencies for potential white-label collaboration.
10. Work with the founder to improve the client acquisition process based on market feedback and response data.
