Development Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through online research, networking, referrals, cold calling, and other lead-generation channels.
2. Research potential clients, target markets, industries, and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
3. Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, meetings, and other communication channels.
4. Understand client requirements and present suitable products, services, or business solutions.
5. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
6. Follow up with leads and prospects regularly to move them through the sales pipeline.
7. Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales pitches.
8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and projects.
9. Negotiate with clients regarding pricing, terms, and service requirements while maintaining company objectives.
10. Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
11. Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and business development targets within defined timelines.
12. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
13. Attend client meetings, networking events, conferences, and other business development activities when required.
14. Convert qualified leads into successful business deals and contribute to overall revenue growth.
15. Collect client feedback and coordinate with relevant teams to improve customer satisfaction.
16. Prepare regular reports on lead generation, sales performance, conversions, and business development activities.
