Development Associate

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Pitch and sell the platform to brands and agencies

• Understand client requirements and map them to product solutions

• Run product demos

• Manage the sales journey from first conversation to closing

• Build strong client relationships

• Consistently work towards and exceed sales targets

Qualifications:*

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience (or relevant internships) in influencer marketing, SaaS, sales, or business development
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Other Requirements:

• Basic understanding of the creator economy and influencer campaigns

• Awareness of brand challenges like creator discovery, ROI, and campaign tracking

• Strong interest in sales and business development

• Confident, persuasive, and solution-oriented mindset

• Passion for influencer marketing, platforms, and AI

• Hunger to learn, grow, and close deals
