Responsibilities

  • Lead generation and outreach to potential clients
  • Understanding client hiring requirements
  • Pitching recruitment services to prospects
  • Follow-ups with clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Maintaining client and lead data
  • Supporting senior BDEs in closing deals
