Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads.
2. Explain the company’s tender and GeM-related services.
3. Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
4. Maintain customer data and update the CRM on a daily basis.
5. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
6. Handle customer queries professionally and build long-term relationships.
7. Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
