Job Description

The Role:

As a Remedy Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Remedy platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure that the solutions meet business needs.

• Develop and customize Remedy applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Perform system testing and debugging
• Provide technical support and training to users
• Maintain documentation for applications and processes

Ideal Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with Remedy development
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
• Database management skills
• Familiarity with web services
• Problem Solving
• Communication

Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
