Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional content and learning experiences in Spanish.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, project managers, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective learning solutions.
• Create and review course materials, including learning objectives, instructional content, activities, assessments, and supporting resources.
• Ensure content is accurate, culturally appropriate, learner-friendly, and aligned with project quality standards.
• Support revisions and incorporate feedback within agreed project timelines.
• Work independently in a remote, fast-paced project environment.

Preferred candidate profile

• Professional fluency in Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, Learning Designer, Curriculum Developer, or similar role.
• Experience designing structured learning content, assessments, and learner activities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs and internal project teams.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and ability to manage deadlines.
• Must reside or work in India, the United States, Canada, or potentially Mexico.

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience working on digital learning, eLearning, higher education, corporate learning, or professional-development projects.
• Familiarity with learning management systems, particularly D2L/Brightspace.
• Experience developing Spanish-language learning content for diverse learner audiences.
