Responsibilities
– Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renders for interior and exterior spaces
– Develop design concepts, layouts, and space planning
– Apply lighting, materials, and textures to produce realistic visualizations
– Prepare design presentations and mood boards
– Revise designs based on feedback from clients or internal teams

Portfolio Requirement
A strong portfolio showcasing interior and exterior projects including:
– 3D renders
– Room designs
– House/building exterior visualizations
– Lighting and material experiments
