Design & Production Assistant

Job Description

The Role

You’ll work closely with our Creative Director and Product team across the end-to-end development of our collections, supporting:

Design & Development

• Trend and market research
• Mood boards, colour palettes, and seasonal inspiration
• CAD updates and line sheets
• Fabric, trim, and material sourcing
• Preparing development briefs for suppliers

Product Development

• Receiving, measuring, and logging samples
• Preparing for fit sessions
• Attending fittings and capturing notes
• Tracking proto, SMS, PP, and shipment samples
• Supporting supplier communication and approvals

Product Systems & Organisation

• Maintaining product data in WFX
• Updating BOMs, colourways, and style information
• Managing sample libraries and seasonal archives
• Keeping development files clean, accurate, and current

Campaign & Launch Support

• Preparing garments and accessories for shoots
• Sample packing, tracking, and returns
• Organising imagery and launch assets
• Supporting collection handovers to Sales, Marketing, and Online teams

Experience we’re looking for

• Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design, Product Development, or similar
• 1–3 years of experience in fashion, product, or design support (internships absolutely considered)
• Understanding of garment construction, fit, and textiles
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator / CAD
• Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems
• Previous experience with PLM or WFX is a bonus
