Deputy General Manager

Job Description

responsibilities

• Review and validate interior design drawings, specifications, and material selections.
• Provide expert guidance on interior works including flooring, wall finishes, false ceilings, joinery, modular furniture, lighting, and MEP integration.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, vendors, and site teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor workmanship and conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with standards and approved mock-ups.
• Resolve technical issues related to detailing, material compatibility, and site constraints.
• Develop and implement QA/QC protocols, inspection checklists, and acceptance criteria for interior works.
• Support in vendor evaluation, selection, and performance monitoring.
• Conduct training sessions for site engineers and contractors on interior finishing techniques and standards.
• Ensure timely completion of interior works aligned with project milestones and handover schedules.
  

Who are we looking for?

Education

• Min. Graduate with relevant experience in Construction industry for specific role.
• Familiarity with LEED/BREEAM or other sustainability standards is a plus.
  

Experience

• Relevant experience in Construction industry for specific role.
• Strong technical knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and installation techniques.
• Experience in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred.
