Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Development:
- Define and recommend the right product mix for upcoming projects.
- Develop USPs for each project by identifying consumer needs and market trends.
- Research and recommend innovative features addressing customer pain points and aspirations.
Market Research & Benchmarking
- Conduct competition benchmarking and consumer research in collaboration with HO teams.
- Provide critical inputs for land acquisition based on desirability, sales velocities, and pricing.
Innovation & Standardization
- Set up and update product innovation processes, templates, and standards.
- Monitor and ensure the implementation of standardized processes across regions.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Design, and Sales) and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct value proposition testing with stakeholders, including channel partners and consumers.
Training & Support
- Deliver product training to the sales team during launches and sustenance phases.
- Provide guidance to regions on market positioning and pricing strategies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Successful product launches with defined USPs and optimal product mix.
- Effective training sessions and support for the sales team.
- High accuracy in market research and competition analysis.
- Timely delivery of innovative recommendations and standardized processes.
- Improved customer satisfaction and market positioning for all projects.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA or Master’s in Construction Management from a leading institution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Relevant years of experience in product innovation, marketing strategy, or related roles in the real estate or construction industry.
