• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Power BI, and cloud platforms like Azure
• Familiarity with Snowflake and other modern data warehousing tools
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for clinical and operational teams
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences
• A passion for improving healthcare outcomes through data-driven decision-making
