The role involves managing and entering large volumes of data accurately into designated systems, verifying data for errors or discrepancies, organizing and maintaining files, and preparing data reports. Additionally, the role may require providing administrative support as needed and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient data handling and reporting workflows.
Key Responsibilities
* Data Input: Accurately enter and update information into our digital databases and e-commerce platforms.
* Data Verification: Review data for errors or deficiencies, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
* Web Research: Conduct basic online research to gather information as required for specific projects.
* File Management: Maintain digital files and ensure that all documentation is organized and easily accessible.
* Confidentiality: Handle sensitive company and client information with the utmost integrity and security.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
* Skills: * Fast and accurate typing skills.
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
* Equipment: Must have a reliable computer/laptop and a stable high-speed internet connection for remote work
