Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain customer accounts with a high level of accuracy
- Review and enter contract information, pricing sheets, and equipment transmittals
- Process customer setup requests and contract changes efficiently
- Manage daily case queues and complete data integrity updates
- Audit system reports to identify discrepancies and correct errors
- Partner with QA reviewers and teammates to meet quality and performance metrics
- Maintain strict data consistency across multiple systems and platforms
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Strong data entry skills with a high typing speed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
- High School Diploma required
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work across multiple systems and screens simultaneously
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and work ethic
