Data Engineer

Job Description

 The Role

You’ll be responsible for designing and building scalable data pipelines, working closely with stakeholders across the business. This role suits someone who enjoys being hands-on and can take ownership of data workflows from ingestion through to transformation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines in Snowflake using DBT
• Integrate data from multiple sources including APIs, databases and third-party platforms
• Work with marketing and product data (e.g. ad platforms, customer data)
• Optimise data models and ensure high data quality and reliability
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts and business stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with Snowflake and DBT
• Solid AWS experience (e.g. S3, Lambda or similar)
• Advanced SQL and data modelling skills
• Experience building and owning data pipelines end-to-end
• Exposure to orchestration tools (Airflow, Airbyte, Dagster etc.)
• Someone proactive, hands-on and comfortable in a scale-up environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with marketing data sources (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
• Knowledge of CDC (Change Data Capture)
• CI/CD and data pipeline automation experience
