Job Description
Key Responsibilities
-Contact and follow up with inbound leads via phone and other communication channels.
-Understand customer issues related to Facebook and Instagram accounts.
-Explain available services and solutions in a clear and professional manner.
-Qualify leads and convert inquiries into paying customers.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
-Build trust and rapport with customers while providing excellent service.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and issue resolution.
-Meet individual sales and performance targets.
Requirements
-Previous experience in sales, customer support, appointment setting, or a related client-facing role.
-Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
-Comfortable handling phone conversations and overcoming objections.
-Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
-Technical aptitude and ability to understand digital platform issues.
-Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
-Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
-Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience in cybersecurity, technology services, SaaS, digital marketing, or social media-related industries.
-Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager, Meta advertising platforms, or social media account management.
-Experience handling inbound sales leads.
-Knowledge of common account security, hacking, or platform access issues.
