Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the platform to ensure all scheduled virtual consultations are completed on time.
  • Follow up with physicians and provide friendly reminders to complete pending consultations.
  • Coordinate with clients through communication channel and respond to patient-related inquiries.
  • Communicate client requests and updates to physicians promptly and accurately.
  • Track consultation status and escalate delays or issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications and follow-up activities.
  • Support smooth day-to-day operations of the virtual care program.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up proactively.
  • Experience using communication tools such as Slack, Teams, or similar platforms.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare workflows is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, accountability, and a customer-first mindset are essential
